10 Year limited warranty
The tecno collection of folding luggage and totes is fully warranted to the original owner against all defects of workmanship and materials for 10 years from date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear which may occur over time, airline or common carrier damage, loss of the bag or contents, damage to the contents or related costs. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline.
For warranty service, contact the retailer where you purchased the product or visit us 24 hours a day at www.Biaggi.com/repair. Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This is required to validate the warranty.
